CANCELLATION POLICY

At Modish Salon, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure a seamless & elevated experience for every guest. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you arrive to your appointment later than 15 minutes late, kindly your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service charge. This policy honors the time and care dedicated to preparing for your visit, as well as the opportunity for another guest to enjoy that time.
